What to expect after submitting

Complete the intake form to begin your custom design request. A member of our Scientific Applications Support team will review your submission and follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm details and, if applicable, provide a design-service quote.

Most designs are completed within 3–5 business days after payment is received; we’ll share a specific timeline once your design specifications are confirmed.

A free IDT web account is required to access the form. Create an account if you don’t already have one.

NGS designs

NGS designs

The NGS Design team designs custom targeted resequencing panels, custom blocking oligos, and novel adapters or indexing primers for use in NGS applications on short- and long-read sequencers. Design capabilities include panels targeting DNA or RNA, cancer biomarkers, custom exomes, methyl-sequencing, CRISPR on- and off-target detection, metagenomics, and infectious disease, amongst other possibilities. The types of mutations captured, depending on the panel and customer goals, comprise SNVs, indels, CNVs, fusions, MSI, and TMB.
